Well a wise old man says that usually within 3 minutes of meeting someone you instantly know if you can get on with them.

Can't argue with that, its' the whole reason you pay your premium ! We've really heavily invested in this, when most brokers and insurers are cutting back and outsourcing the service, because they say "it's not an income stream" !
Over a quarter of our staff handle claims as their day job, and sometimes out of work hours !

Well we hope that's not the only reason you might appoint us ! But we've worked really hard over the last 15 years, to build strong multi relationship levels with insurers and at the end of the day the underwriter is just a person, and if you click with him, you get cracking terms !! We reckon we are pretty good at this.

We believe when things get complicated that's when we can demonstrate how hard we work for you. It's amazing how often when we have problems with suppliers you suddenly have to leave them voicemail messages !! - We don't do voicemail at KTIB either.

Here's the dull ( but essential response).
Well we are FSA registered.
We manage the insurance portfolios of some companies with worldwide business interests.
We insist that all of our staff have a standard level of professional qualifications.
We have a rigorous system of checks for all documents which arrive and leave our premises. We are paperless and this makes us more efficient.
We don't employ anyone that lacks common sense!!

Well over 40% of our income is fee based which means we agree how much you want to pay us at the start of each insurance year - and because we are efficient and our overheads are lower , we think our fees are very good value for money.
